Product availability:  Lead time is dependent on stock availability. Should we have stock available, orders will be dispatched the same day provided payment is validated/received before 1400 hours.

Should the product not be in stock please allow 10 working days plus freight transit time. This will allow for manufacturing and delivery to our warehouse.

Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously. However, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence Africology cc will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping schedule.

Delivery Policy:  When you click to make a purchase with us, legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. If you have any queries please contact us before making any purchase for any service through this website.

Shipping:  Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises.

Undeliverable packages:  Occasionally packages are returned to us marked ‘undeliverable’. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment.

Order processing:  Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment.

Returns Policy & Procedure

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition and packaging for a full refund within 7 working days from receipt of delivery. Provided that you tell us within seven working days after the day on which you received the products that you intend to return the item.
Within the order, you will find a delivery note with details of your order and invoice number. If the items listed on the dispatch note do not match those contained in your package. Please notify us immediately by calling our Customer Services department on  573-826-9577.
STEP 1 – notifying us of your intention to return your order
Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within a period of seven working days beginning with the day following the day of delivery to you, by emailing us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and we will provide you with written acknowledgement of your request to return goods. Please provide full details of the order number, and invoice number and the goods which are being returned. Any notice given by you after this period shall not be effective to entitle you to return your goods or receive a refund. Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used.

STEP 2 – completing the necessary documentation
Once you receive the return acknowledgement email, please complete the Returns Form in the email, including a brief description of the products being returned, original order number and invoice number. This form must then be sent with the returned items. To help us maintain high standards of future customer service, please indicate the reason (if any) for your return in the space provided. Please retain a Copy of the Returns Form for your records.

STEP 3 – returning the product

Please note that all parcels must be returned within 14 working days of delivery of the goods to you.

  • Africology USA LLC. accepts no liability if you return goods by any method other than a recorded delivery method (one that requires a signature upon receipt).
  • Africology USA LLC. accepts no liability in respect of returned goods unless and until such returned goods have been received by us in their original condition and in their original packaging. Please make sure that the returned package is properly secured and that you have enclosed the necessary returns Form.
  • You must retain the recorded delivery receipt for your own purposes in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the goods by recorded delivery. This will be required by us only in the unlikely event that the goods are not successfully returned despite being sent by recorded delivery.

STEP 4 – calculating your refund
After the returned items have arrived at our distribution centre, they will be examined and the appropriate refund will be calculated.
We will refund you the price you paid for the goods which we receive back inclusive of the initial delivery charge.
Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, no refund will be available. You will be responsible for arranging for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification to you that we will not process a refund in respect of such goods.
We will refund the price paid by you for goods (inclusive of the initial delivery charge) when we have received the returned goods in their original condition at our distribution center.  Notification will be via email.
We will refund such sums by crediting your credit/debit card (as applicable), or refunding back your electronic transfer.

STEP 5 – processing refund
We will process the applicable refund and notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected. Please note that you may cancel this contract if you give us notice by telephone or by email at any time before the expiry of a period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the day of delivery of the goods.

International customers should make use of a courier that offers:

•Shipment tracking.
•Insurance of your package for safe return and declares the full value of the shipment. Without this, you will be held liable for loss and damages.

Credit Card:  We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards. If you do not have a credit card, please utilise one of the other payment options. All of your order details will be saved online under in the Your Account section available for use whenever you’re ready.

Direct Deposit: You may pay for your products through a direct deposit. It’s exactly the same as doing an EFT payment, except you’ll have to go into your bank and physically make your direct deposit there. Security Policy:

The company registration documents and the site’s registered domain name are checked and verified by Thawte, ensuring the cardholder and merchant that nobody can impersonate VCS to obtain confidential information.
2.Virtual Card Services is committed to providing secure online services. All encryption complies with international standards. Encryption is used to protect the transmission of personal information when completing online transactions.
